[b][u][i]Be it resolved[/i][/u][/b]
An interim House of Representatives will be appointed by the people of this assembly to govern until the 1st of March, 2013.
Elections for the new House will be set for the 1st of March and will then follow a regular six month schedule as outlined in the Constitution. The new House will then take the oath of office on the 2nd of March, 2013 and may immediately begin its duties.
This interim House will have all the powers and privileges accorded to a regular House except the power to confirm individuals into the Imperial Council. For the duration of the interim House, the Emperor will be empowered to appoint Imperial Councillors by Imperial Decree. This power will be returned once a regular House is elected in March.
The members of this interim House of Representatives will be Marc Anthony, Victor Callahan, and Timothy Carver.
