Following the recent activities of the Imperial Council and their harsh statement, I must announce the dissolution of the Empire of Livonia. I will not continue to have any part of the current government. Should they decide to continue the existence of the Empire, they will do so without me. I hereby renounce all my claims to land or titles.
Furthermore, I announce that I will be joining with the people of the Union of Soviet Socialist States of Livonia in founding that government.
I will also state that any actions I took as Minister of Foreign Affairs was under protest and done to end hostilities.
